Clearing a house is a big job, and it often comes at a hard time. We make it one job for you: we look at everything first, tell you what has value and what we would pay for it, then clear the house room by room.
Because we buy antiques and collectables ourselves, the things worth selling are not thrown in with everything else. What we buy can reduce the cost of the clearance, or cover it entirely.

How much does a house clearance cost?+
It depends on the size of the house and what is in it. After a free visit we give you one clear price, with anything we buy taken off it.
Can you clear a house if I live far away?+
Yes. Many families we help live outside Wales. We can arrange access with you, a neighbour or the estate agent.
Will you go through papers and personal things?+
We set aside photographs, papers and anything personal for you to look through, and never throw them away without asking.
