How we work

Selling to us, step by step

There’s never any charge or obligation. Here’s what happens, from your first message to the day we collect.

  1. 01

    You send us a photo

Use the form on this website, send a message on WhatsApp or email us. Show the whole piece, the back, underneath, and close-ups of any marks, labels or damage.

Tell us what you know about where it came from. A guess is fine, and so is “I have no idea”.

  2. 02

We tell you what it is and what it’s worth

We’ll look at your photos and come back to you personally. For a single piece we can usually make an offer from photos alone.

For larger pieces, collections or a whole house, we’ll arrange to visit and look in person before we make an offer.

  3. 03

    We pay you, then collect

If you’re happy with our offer, we pay you by bank transfer and collect at a time that suits you. You don’t need to move or pack anything.

If you’d rather not sell, that’s absolutely fine. There’s nothing to pay and no pressure.

Questions

Before you sell

Is there a charge for an offer or a visit?

No. Offers from photos and home visits in Wales are free, and you’re under no obligation to sell.

Will you buy a single piece?

Yes. One good piece is as welcome as a house full.

How and when will I be paid?

By bank transfer, as soon as we agree a price and before we take anything away.

What if I just want to know what something is?

Send it anyway. We’re happy to tell you what you have, even if you decide to keep it.

Can you clear the rest of the house?

Yes. We do house clearances and garage clearances across Wales, and anything we can buy helps to cover the cost.

Should I clean or polish things first?

Please don’t. Cleaning can damage old surfaces and patina, and we’d rather see things as they are.

Have something to sell?

Send us a photo or give us a call. We’ll tell you what it is and what we’d pay, with no obligation.
