Privacy notice

This notice explains what we do with the details you give us through this website. It was last updated in October 2026.

Who we are

Vintage Collections Wales buys and sells antiques and collectables. You can contact us about anything in this notice at hello@vintagecollectionswales.co.uk.

What we collect

When you ask for an offer, we keep what you tell us about your items, the photos you send, your name, postcode, mobile number and email address, and how you would like us to reply.

When you reserve a piece, ask a question or tell us what you are looking for, we keep your name, your mobile number or email address, and your message.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to you: to make an offer, arrange a visit or collection, hold a piece for you, or answer your question. We do this because you asked us to, and it is in both our interests to deal with your request. We never sell your details, and we do not send marketing unless you ask us to.

How long we keep it

We keep requests and messages for up to 12 months, then delete them. If we buy from you or sell to you, we keep a record of the sale for six years, as the law requires for business records.

Who else sees it

Only our own team can read your requests and photos. This website runs on Cloudflare, which stores the website and its files for us. The fonts come from Google Fonts. Neither uses your details for anything else.

Cookies

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only cookies are the ones our team needs to sign in to manage the website.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them, by emailing us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
