← What we buy

We buy antique silver

Tea and coffee sets, cutlery, candlesticks, trophies and small silver, hallmarked or plated.

Georgian silver teapot with a wooden handle

Silver is one of the easiest things to value from photos, because British silver carries hallmarks that tell us where and when it was made. A clear close-up of the marks is worth more than any description.

We buy single pieces and whole canteens. Please do not polish anything first: an old patina is part of the character.
